Does anyone know exactly where the Minnesota Ontario boarder runs out from Pine Island?

Nate: If you have a GPS with the Lake of the Woods chip in it, it shows the boarder. If not, it runs from the middle of the Gap entrance of the river into the lake. The far eastern road Adrian's has plowed is almost on the boarder. Draw a line from the center of the gap to just to east of Knight Island, and you have a pretty good idea where it is... It also is the center of the river all the way to International Falls.. Don't get caught on the Canadian side with out a Remote Boarder Pass and a Canadian fishhing licence. They get quite testy... I was going to try to go tomorrow (walking out in metro) despite the rain which appears to be light and I have a portable. Are you concerned about the ice conditions deteriorating throughout the day?  Or just for the rest of the week?

Wow that ice went fast fished below the dam in Cold spring today. 3 feisty pike that was fun. Where the landing is there was about 20 feet of ice at the access. i was hoping to get the boat out but not yet. If anyone see's the ice go out by the landing let me know. Would like to get out however by Friday have heard any where from 1 inch to 20 so we will see.

Do those 6" filet knifes work pretty good for pan fish?
