Looks like Perkins is the goat in a 6-1 opening loss to Cincinnati. Baker pitched a strong two innings.

I was at the game in Tempe on Saturday where Hunter went 2 for 2. A homerun and a double. He hit the ball on the nose both times. The home run came off Kerry Woods who according to all the Cub fans around me is washed up and would only be used for a late inning relieve pitcher. Nice to see Torii roaming center field also.

Hitman,

Blew out the back in November, so I had only one fishing day before the first of the year. My brother did all the work for me. January and February kinda cold for the clam and too much snow for the 2wd Ranger. Looking forward to some late ice crappies and baseball!

Made for the perfect St. Patty's day celebration!!! LOL

Now I know why we dumped Neal Cotts, I think Thome's tater is still flying.

"Francisco Liriano yielded three runs in three-plus innings Monday in a loss to the Marlins.

Another shaky outing for Liriano, who struck out one and walked two against a lineup that included just one true regular (left-handed hitter Mike Jacobs) and all three competitors for the starting job in center. It's obvious now that he won't be the Liriano of 2006 at the beginning of the season. The important thing is that he's healthy, but it may be at least a month before he'll be worth using in shallow mixed leagues."

Not looking to be in his 06 form. Hopefully that can change!

Wow,

That would not be a warm fuzzy for me if I was a Twinkie fan!
