Hello, i will be in the area next week to do some fishing. I was wondering how the snowmobile trails are holding up. if the snow will be rideable, i will have to bring the sled up to do some riding( we have no snow, only put 20 miles on it this year) also, how are the perch biting on pike bay?

Trails are in pretty good shape, all the wind we have had has given most of them some new snow so to speak. Groomers are out daily still in many areas. Would be worth a good ride in my opinion.

Perch have been a little slow but on Pike Bay there is allways a bite to some extent. More people will chime in on this or you can read the recent reports. Last weekend was rough for us on Leech...might have put forth too little effort in the fishing department to say it was a bad bite though.

Having spent all of last weekend running and gunning around several local lakes the snow conditions are in great shape and the constant buzz of snowmobiles on the trails proves that one.

Get in the sledding time while you can before the spring thaw hits. It's coming!!!!!!!!!!
