Little Cutfoot Sioux

2 posts in this topic

Heading to Winnie again for the 2nd year. This year we are going for a week and thought maybe we would try fishing Cutfoot for some Crappies. We are going up the last week in Feb. and wondering if anyone knew were to get on or places to try. Also would it be better to fish there at night. Thankyou

You will want to turn at the Williams Narrows Rd and when you get to the Y you can go left and it will take you to the south end of Mcavity bay and if you go right it will take you to the Williams narrows public access. These are both on the south end and the left turn will also take you to Bowens flat. If you stay on 46 you can go to Seeley rd and it will take you to the north side of Cutfoot but you will want to take a right at the y and it will take you to 2 access but the first access is were you most likely want to stop. I think that low light will be your best bet.

I had a battery op Repala a few years ago and sold it to someone else at our campground. Didn't like the way they just zipped through without following the fillets and lost a lot of meat. Really suk's on a partly frozen fish!   Mine came with a case.
