Buying decision help needed

[Lure Lightning]

I have been looking for a used boat around $10,000 found a couple of the 16'6" 2004 Monark Tracer with a 90horse merc for $8,500 then I found a 1998 Crestliner sport fish 16' with a 90 horse Johnson for $10,000. I know very little about monark or their longevity, but it is newer and slightly cheaper. Any and all opinions are helpfull. Thanks, Dan
