Panfish for kids????

Looking for some help in finding some panfish to catch. Want to take my 4 and 7 year old out on Sat or Sun. Not looking for anything big just action. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help it should be a great day. It is fun when they ask to go fishing. Makes it alot easier to get out of doing the chores around the house.

Shackbash, What a great idea. That is what it is all about. Getting kids use to fishing. Not sure that I can make it that day I am suppose to work, But will see if I can fangel it off. Thanks for doing this.
