I was out there a couple times last year and the crappie bite showed some promise, but most were too small to keep. Anyone have a recent report. I might stop out there and punch a few holes this weekend.

I was out there a few weeks ago and all we could muster up were a few small gills and crappies. It wasn't fast and furious either. I would say you would be better off hitting a different lake. About 7 years ago, there was a good crappie bite out there and we did pretty good for a bit, didn't keep many but caught a lot. Haven't seen the same quality of fish in the lake as that year.
