All my usual lake have stiffed me recently. I have tried Frances, Duck, Washington. Any advice on a good pike bite?

Very short walk; you can fish between the fishing pier and the public access.

Only fished for 2-3 hours tried all over the small lake we were on. Ooh well still nice to finnaly get out. Planning on taking the yak out on opener do a bass/pike/ walleye trip so exited for that. Any reports? I know there was a lot of people out there. The boomsite access was already 3/4 full when I drove by at 5 AM. I'm thinking about going out of blufflands park on Friday.
