Vitalshot- what is it exactly that you are looking for.. just tan and shave a hide to mount it yourself? Is the cape prepped to tan? Ears and nose turned, lips and eyelids split? All the red meat removed? Is it salt dryed or frozen?

As you can see, there is quite a bit unanswered in your question. If it is turned, split, rough fleshed and READY to tan, then I could tan and shave it for you fairly reasonable. If it needs all the rest, then sorry, I won't have time until the ice melts smile.gif

The lakes took a beating and I was not out on Sunday to see the damage. Saturday I saw the first 4 to 5 inches turn soft. Be careful and check the ice conditions

Sometimes you need em that size.      You guys did push me over the edge so I had to go out Sunday afternoon.  Thanks for that.

I was going to try to go tomorrow (walking out in metro) despite the rain which appears to be light and I have a portable. Are you concerned about the ice conditions deteriorating throughout the day?  Or just for the rest of the week?
