Boat Rental

3 posts in this topic

A friend of mine is renting a private cabin on Lake Vermilion next May. They need to rent a couple boats because the rental cabin does not include them. They are looking for 16 ft. deep V's with 25 hp motors.

Can anybody recommend a place that will rent boat to non-guests? I know Moc Point does. Any other suggestions? Looking for a place on the East end.

Thanks in advance.

There should be quite a few place to find a boat. I think Shamrock Marina rents out boats (Shamrock posts here so he will confirm that).

Fortune Bay Casino has boats available for rent. I'm sure there are more, that's just off the top of my head.

We rent boats but not that style. our smallest boat is a 16' with a 50 Hp. Try Moc Pt or Grubens.

I had a battery op Repala a few years ago and sold it to someone else at our campground. Didn't like the way they just zipped through without following the fillets and lost a lot of meat. Really suk's on a partly frozen fish!   Mine came with a case.
