Lots more snow today. A second hand report from a guy who lives on the lake said flooding is a real problem. Probably need knee highs. I wouldn't want to venture out. Supposed to be cold late in the week. Maybe that will help.

Yeah, I have heard about some flooding issues too. Think this next cold snap should help. Anybody thats out there keep us informed, it would be greatly appreciated.

Strange indeed... Try looking for much more slack water compared to the beech you were yesterday and today. The West side of the dam was on fire this afternoon; a friend and I were in the double digits within an hour.

I just signed the petition "Robbinsdale Armstrong High School Athletic Director: Allow Trap/Skeet Participants to Earn a Chenille Letter." and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name.

Our goal is to reach 500 signatures and we need more support. You can read more and sign the petition here:

fished a different spot today and it was strange, I was using crawlers and a lot of eyes bit and only 1 sucker.  guy next to me was using earthworms and he caught a lot of suckers and 1 eye.  twilight zone ! !  LOL  I just use a slpit shot most of the time.

All we ever use is a few bigger spilt shots and float/bobber with crawlers.
