Spring for spring bobbers

4 posts in this topic

An electronics class was tossing out some used connector springs. They looked perfect for spring bobbers so I grabbed -em. Ill send 50 or so to anyone who wants em and you can pass em out in the frozen north. the springs are 2.25" long and look silver coated. They are smaller diam and slightly stiffer than the lighter spring(dark spring in the pic). The springs are also smaller on one end than the other and will screw into each other. I dont think you can feed line through the spring, the hole in the small end is very tiny. [image]http://onfinite.com/libraries/1273098/ece.jpghttp://[/image]

Thanks for the feedback friends, looks like about a $3,500 surgery and yes, the professionals say what you have all said that a second ACL injury happens often in the other hind leg as a result of over compensating....

Here is the prize list for this years contest. Lots of food and drinks available at the contest also. Booya will again be sold on the ice provided by the Little Canada Fire Department.   My apologies, I cannot figure out why this will not present the correct way.   Fishing Prizes 2017.pdfFishing Prizes 2017.pdfFishing Prizes 2017.pdf

The warm weather has opened up some cracks and you can watch the road operators earn their money.  New roads were popping up quickly and bridges were set and the day went off without a hitch.  Thanks for good quick work so we could all fish today. BTW....fishing is staying pretty solid.....Here is today's report

Chuck was a real, authentic, honest to goodness good guy.  He loved being on the radio and you could tell.  Radio lost a friend.  RIP Chuck
