Free table saw, radial saw, golf cart, file cabinet

11 posts in this topic

Cleaning out the garage and more importantly making room for easy access to the fish house.

These are all free, located in Brooklyn Park, and I want them to go fast.

Table saw 110 volt delta. The saw is in poor shape but can get the job done. It rips 1 by lumber easily and works a little harder for 2 by lumber. I used it for ripping knoty pine and it worked well. The fence and tee square need some work to get them in top shape.

Radial saw is a craftsman 110 volt and needs a new wood table. The blade hieght adjustment handle is broken so you need to use a wrench to adjust the blede height. Also the the electronics do not work. I assume the batttery needs to be replaced. You can use the saw just fine without the electronics. If you put a new table on and adjusted the saw you would be in pretty good shape.

The golf cart is old and it poor shape but still works. I suspect you could get a few years out of it. I carry my bag now so I do not use it.

The file cabinet works and is okay. It is a lightweight metal one. The drawers slide open okay but not super smooth. I always meant to store my tool manuals in it but have not gotten around to it.

Leave me a phone number and I will give you a call with more info. I will give preference to people who can pick up today.

I have a few different rods. The one i was originally referring to i am using for crankbaits.  i have a jig and worm rod as well. I have mastered the cast, just trying to learn more about leaders. Thanks! Do you recommend i use 17# test for my worm and jig rod?

As far as I know walleyes are native to almost every lake that they are found in up north. Cliff

How do you fish for the cats on open water?

Interesting point, BT.  I think our houses caught one perch this year, and I can't say that I knowingly marked one small one (except for when I was down in the bays on the south side).  I have no doubt that they are still in the lake, but I just ain't seeing any.

Are walleyes even native to vermilion? Pretty much every lake in northeast Minnesota had walleyes introduced to them in the last 50 to 100 years. If walleyes weren't native to vermilion, saugers certainly wouldn't have been native either. Sauger numbers seem to shrink the farther east each lake gets from Rainy Lake.
