So is it worth fishing the river in the fall? i fish it heavily in spring but dont all the walleyes leave by late summer

No, there are always "resident" walleyes in the system. Fall is tougher fishing for sure but with some persistance you can get some nice thick eyes and the Crappies put on the feed bag.

This year was tough with all the fast, high and dirty water.

        So, this Deer runs through the forest all winter without breaking it's neck on anything. Then breaks it's neck by your deck that just happens to have a bird feeder and lots of really big rocks by it? Did the Warden buy it?   Oh yeah nice fish haul.

      Information I have indicates the operator stopped his machine on the marked trail, in a section marked 'Thin Ice'. That is when the machine went through.
