Free Puppy

6 posts in this topic

My parents have a puppy that needs a home. They've got 3 dogs already (1 Chihuahua, 1 Pomeranian, and 1 Golden Lab) and don't have any more room for the 4th dog.

This puppy is approximately 6 to 8 weeks old. It came to my parents as a stray not something we abandon. I'm in California until Tuesday 10/23/07. I can make arrangments to bring the dog back home in MN with me or I can have him shipped to you but you might have to help with shipping etc.

I'm not positive on rules and regulations regarding pets going across the country.

This Puppy is a 1 dog household and he seems to be a big dog fully grown. He is NOT housebroken. You can email me at: jt031@comcast.net

His picture can be found here:

The puppy has been claimed by his owner, an 8 year old girl, out looking for her puppy. She named all of his markings and knew the dog's breed, pit bull mixed with terrier.

The pup licked her face and lit up happily so it's obvious that she's the owner. Happy ending to the story. Thanks everyone for your contributions and interests.

So, what was YOUR ice show score of the day!? I'm heading down on Sunday to see what scraps I can dig up. Absolutely more excited than I should be considering the only ice I've seen so far is the kind that fits in a glass..

Seeing it's only your second year find buddy to go with as rock said. I even bring a second set of dry clothes and footwear. I am to big mess with thin ice I need 6 inches as rick said early varies so much so some where there is half as much ice.    Safety gear check include ice cleats as i have seen enough broken arms happen. Check your gear test the vexilar hook it up and turn it on to see if it runs or just hook up the charger. I use the drill plate so I charge all my batteries and with blade protecter on I make sure it works. My little sled is ready to haul my gear.    I go light during early ice so fill so fill up my plactics container and restock my jig boxes. Make sure my set ups have new line and pick my favorite set ups to take with. I can add some photos later
