Last Chance Launch?

4 posts in this topic

I've got 3 boys (ages 7-12) and 3 Dads looking for an opportunity to get into some fall walleye action this Saturday. Does anyone know of any launches still in the water? I would guess all of them are finished for the season, but I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has any information.

If I had a big enough boat, I'd take 'em out myself, but unfortunately that's not the case. Any help would be appreciated.

Some must still be running because I saw quite a few launches out last weekend. Don't quote me on this, but I think I remember seeing launch action coming from Myr Mar.

Strange indeed... Try looking for much more slack water compared to the beech you were yesterday and today. The West side of the dam was on fire this afternoon; a friend and I were in the double digits within an hour.

I just signed the petition "Robbinsdale Armstrong High School Athletic Director: Allow Trap/Skeet Participants to Earn a Chenille Letter." and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name.

Our goal is to reach 500 signatures and we need more support. You can read more and sign the petition here:

fished a different spot today and it was strange, I was using crawlers and a lot of eyes bit and only 1 sucker.  guy next to me was using earthworms and he caught a lot of suckers and 1 eye.  twilight zone ! !  LOL  I just use a slpit shot most of the time.

All we ever use is a few bigger spilt shots and float/bobber with crawlers.
