Feeding time?

2 posts in this topic

I was checking a pothole for ducks and walked by my uncles hog compost pile and notice alot of fresh yote and/fox tracks in the mud and dirt. With the full moon right know, what time do these predators at this time of year cause I could stand in the corn and just wait for a 20-30 yard shot. Last weekend I seen a yote running around at 9:30 in the morning, would have shot it but was at 80 yards with just bb steel in. mad.gif Was that just coincidince?

I was coming home from cat fishing around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and seen a group of yotes crossing road.

I would say any were's in between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Good luck!

When I left for work yesterday the lake had white caps on it. When I got back 10hrs later it was locked up. An hour after that the first idiot was broke through the landing. If we get the snow they are predicting for Saturday my guess is there will be sleds in the water this weekend. They do it every year.    Patients people.

I have never fished it in the winter. Do not know of anyone that has either. Should be good though! Cliff
