Well my big fall fishing trip is over. Way too soon of course. But we did have a good time.

We started out on Chippewa Saturday and caught a couple of Walleyes then that night we caught a 4 pounder on Darling.

Sunday we started on Carlos and then went to Miltona. We ended up with two keeper eyes on Sunday.

Then Monday we went back to Miltona. We caught a few with Lindy rigs in the morning then switched to a jig tipped with a chub. It seemed that jigging worked a lot better. We caught between 30 to 40 eyes. The problem was alot of them were too small. Had a hard time catching eyes that were big enough to keep. We did end up with 12 eyes on Sunday.

After it was all said and done we took 16-18 laugh.gif eyes home with us. I can’t wait to cook them up.
