Minnows vs. Leeches

3 posts in this topic

I haven't been up to the pond in over a month, but will be going this weekend on the S. Side.

Are leeches still available anywhere? Or should a guy switch to minnows?

How has the bite been on the shallower rocks vs. mud?

Are bobbers producing? Or rigging?

What would be some decent places to start to try and find a few eyes?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

SE corner. Rocks. Leeches or shallow crank baits.

I should add. Water temps are still a bit high. Its a very tough time up there still. I'm heading back up the end of October, should be a slaughter fest vs a hard to get them to bite time.

Good luck! Let us know how you do!
