Winnie Report

1 post in this topic

I was up Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Stayed at McArdle's(very nice place). I have been going to Winnie for years and this is the first time that I never caught a walleye. It was pretty windy. No one else was getting walleyes either. There were northerns and perch. I tried Raven, Sugar, in front of campgrounds and southwest shore. 4 foot to 15 foot.. jigs, snells, floats.. redtails and fatheads. They said it had been slow.....those walleyes have to eat sometime....

Any reports? I know there was a lot of people out there. The boomsite access was already 3/4 full when I drove by at 5 AM. I'm thinking about going out of blufflands park on Friday.
