When was the last time the string and cable replaced? What type HHA sight is on the bow?

The sight is an OL-5500 (optimizer lite). The string is 2 years old and the cable is the orignal. The servings on the cable and string appear to good shape--no frays or unwinding. I've been pretty good about keeping my string and cable waxed.
