am coming up winnie sat the 8th for long weekend - would like to trlr up empty and fill up there. any stations in grand rapids or deer river that sell non-oxygenated premium? if grand rapids, where located? THANKS!!

The Cenex in Deer River has Non-Oxy.

      I have caught them on Vermilion when the mayflies are hatching in the evening by using a fly rod with small poppers or may fly type dry flies. Just cast to the surfacing fish. A spinning rod with an Adjusta Float with poppers or flies may work even better. Cliff

      I have also wondered why there are no Sauger in Vermilion. I have never caught one there or heard of one being caught by anyone else. Cliff

      They eat little bitty stuff.   But them and whitefish should be catchable in summer.  They are eating after all.
