"I did not see that COMING!! It came out of nowhere!!"

Zach Neunsinger caught this nice musky tonight while out after school. It crushed a walk-the-dog topwater and we where able to get some good video of the battle. It is nice being back to Joes Lodge for college again. Hopefully more will be hungry.

Awww Bemidji State and Northwest Tech students doing their homework! I like it guys keep it up with the good work, and try to make it your actual classes to cuz thats why you are really there right? I'm a BSU alum, so I know how it goes, especially living at a resort while going to school. Rather see a limit of nice walleyes but I guess a red fin muskie will do, just keep up the fishing and don't let class get in the way to much guys!

Went up north today with @eyeguy 54 and we found plenty of ice if the access would have been better we would have driven out. We fished hard as both of us have similar fishing styles. We jump hole to hole picking off the aggressive fish with plastics. The wind did not do us any favors but we still caught a good number of fish. If eyeguy took photos maybe he will post em. Thank you eyeguy for the call I wanted to get out fishing today.

Went to a small lake up around Mille lacs lake and found 20-28 inches of ice. The access looked like some busted it up, so eyeguy and I walked out. We caught bluegills and crappies on plastics. It was windy and cold but we got a few nice ones.
