Lake Independence

Is thier alot of crappie, and sunnys in Independence? How about walleye? I was looking at DNR lake finder and it looked like it. But you can't always trust those. Thanks

Lots of walleye. Lots of little walleye. Two buds and I caught probably 40 fish one evening in late June but only one cleared 15".

I'll second what Jonny said. Small walleye, lot's of crappies and sunnies but they too tend to run pretty small.

      I had a battery op Repala a few years ago and sold it to someone else at our campground. Didn't like the way they just zipped through without following the fillets and lost a lot of meat. Really suk's on a partly frozen fish!   Mine came with a case.
