Sealing rivet holes

channelfats

Question

After ripping out the bench seats of my boat, what is the best way to seal off the old rivet holes? I know of aluma-puttys and epoxies for marine use, or should I just shoot rivets back in to seal it off?

Thanks

Joe

I'd keep rebuilding first(if thats your intention)After your all fitted then I'd rivit em,You may find out you can reuse some holes, temp fit everything then finalize. smile.gif
