Has anyone out there fished Christmas lake near Minnetonka? I know they stock it with some trout. If so, what has worked for trout out there?

Trout are tough out there because the water is so clear. In the winter you can see the bottom in 20ft.

This lake is good for pannies and big northerns too. Again, the good and bad news are the same, the lake is very clear and therefore you usually fish in low light.

I might go there right before the trout season ends. It's been a long while since I've fished it, but I did very well on bass and pike.
