I found a rock on Pearl

5 posts in this topic

I hit a rock over the weekend that took a pretty good bite out my skeg. If you look at the DNR map of Pearl, I hit the rock right around where the contour lines bow north. I had to be about 300 yards from shore.

There's a pretty good sized rock/sand bar on the lake in front of the silo's directly across from the axis that goes out a good 50+ yards. Found that out the hard way myself a couple years ago.

South side, southeast of the landing. I thought I hit a deadhead and was checking out the hull when we got the boat back on the trailer.

After superbowl sounds good to me that will give it time for this slush and slop to freeze as well

I bet that cedar lake was borderline to drive on before the warm up in the first place.
