Anyone know if there are any seasonal camps in the area?

Any with an open spot?

Look at the Eighth Crow Wing on County Road 33 outside of Nevis. I know they started a new seasonal campground recently.

Sorry about no replies.

Try the chamber website, there it will list all seasonal

campgrounds. Breeze and Eagle are the two largest in the

area. "www.parkrapids.com" or call 800-247-0054.

Good luck,

PrWoody

I've seen an ad running in the paper for seasonal rentals at Shingobee resort on Howard lake.

You picked a few nice days coming up to be there.

Friday night until about 9:00 they were aggressive as heck, and jigging worked very well.  It seemed like after that they didn't want much to do with jigging, and the set lines were key.

Similar report today. Marked tons of fish but only caught a half-dozen between two of us. The fish would just stare at our baits and then move on.
