"Like this" - Click navy blue thumbs up button in post

If you appreciate someone's post, it is now possible to increase that person's reputation score when you click the 'Like this' button in their post. They will see "you gave them the like" and know you appreciate what they posted. When you pay it forward by simply clicking the 'like this' button, your odds of gaining likes goes up. Eventually we will add benefits based on giving a "Like this" to folks who put up posts that you and others show they appreciate.
