What size snare cable do you guys use?

I just ordered up some snare building supplies. I got 100 ft of 7x7 3/32 cable. I was wondering what size you guys use to snare raccoons? I have been getting pretty excited about the upcoming trapping season. Hope its not just me!

Thats about the standard size. I use that for everything. I bought 5 dozen for $6o some bucks. I have built some. I wish we could use them all year in my zone, but thats the way it is.

I use 7x7 3/32, this year ma goingot try soem 7x19 1/16 and 5/64 to see what happens. I can tell you right now that 100feet ain't going to last long, but it will get ya started.
