Been fishing in my neck of the woods and doing good on the pannies lately. I'm finding them in the 14-18 foot range, out off the weeds a little ways. The agressive fish are up off the bottome 3-6 feet and are pounding the jig and plastics.

Accesses aren't okay, though they have improved with the cold snap. Cameron is/was closed down, and the sheriff put out a warning on the Nymore access as well. Be careful, take it easy, and you shouldn't have an issue.

off the roads seem to be better. I would scout out ahead of your vehicle before you drive just to make sure. We do pretty well for perch in front of the country club(north end of lake) or in front of hampton(south end of lake). As far as I know those accesses are still ok

my grandparents had a cabin on evergreen and nobody could figure out the walleyes. FISH IT AT NIGHT!!! from end of May to End of June, troll a tennessee shad husky jerk in about 10-14 fow. go extremely slow, .6, .7mph and twitch that bait long lined.... that water is so clear that the night time

Lake Irving Fishing Reports

Pike are very abundant in Irving. Try trolling cranks on the Southern shoreline, and don't discount working the area in front of the inlet. As for walleyes, the bite is incredible right now on Bemidji, why not slide under the bridge?

I was out there a week ago and it was slow. Perch seemed to be smaller then the last few years and one 14" eye right at prime time. I dident move around at all I was in 19' on the east shoreline break.
